Close to metro and train station. Very close to Gare du Nord, making it convenient for transportation to all the main sites from there. The breakfast provided was substantial and delicious. The staff were helpful and accommodating.

This place was fairly clean and had very good location and staff. Though beds were old, I appreciated the hotel. The breakfast had lots of options, cereal and cheese.
Wi-Fi was quite slow, made me a little nervous.

My recent stay at Residence Du Pre was fantastic. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and attractions. The room was spacious and well-designed, providing a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, just off a small square on Rue Lafayette. It is also close to the Eurostar train station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with plenty of wardrobe space and a safe. The breakfast is delicious, with fresh bread, pastries, cheese, ham, juice. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.
The elevator is small, but this is typical in France and can be considered cute.

Conveniently located near Gare du Nord, close to bars and restaurants in the 9th arrondissement. Exceptionally clean Parisian building with cosy rooms. Helpful staff and great room service. Good value for money with spacious rooms and a pleasant view from the balcony. Convenient for walking to Montmartre.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the location was perfect - situated in a lovely neighborhood surrounded by numerous restaurants and just a short walk from a Metro station. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even though I couldn't speak French very well. Lastly, the rooms were surprisingly spacious, with a larger than expected bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Additionally, the breakfast included fresh croissants daily, which was a delightful touch.
No major issues, everything was satisfactory.
